Can you please clarify that LPC Communications has the rights to market the N95 for $150. Actually it is free, but they will refund your $150 after 12 months of service. The say that Nokia is selling a new type of technology called 4G, but that they have it tied up for 4 years. The say that the N95 is a satellite phone, and the cost for monthly service will cost $24.95 for unlimited texting and unlimited calls in the US. I just cannot fathom Nokia giving these rights to a start up company when the big dogs will be waiting in the wings. I hope to hear the truth.
