Back on 1/2/2010 two college girls arrived at my door stating this was a fundraiser for an overseas trip. I ordered 1 Magizine and was charged $56.00 for I believe a two year subscripition. It states on the reciept the magizine would arrive in 90 to 180 days. I have recieved nothing. I called information for a phone number, they have no listing for that company. I payed with a check and have my check Number. What do I do know? Help me please, I want my money back.

I placed an order for 2 magazine subscriptions on Nov. 12, 2010. I had High School students come by my house selling the subscriptions.
I did subscribe for Super Chevy and Mens Fitness magazines. They said they need the payment for the magazines in cash. Later when I was checking over the forms that were filled out, it seemed strange. As I read farther it said on the form to cancel the publications. I would have to send a letter to Lrumar Publications LLC. And it had to be post marked no later than 3 business days from the sale date on the form. I sent a letter saying I wanted to cancel my subscriptions to both magazines. The forms were dated Nov. 13, 2010 and my letter is post marked Nov.15, 2010. I would like my refund for the 2 magazine subscriptions. It also says on the from that I would recieve my refund within 10 business days via a company check. I have not seen anything from Lrumar Publicationms LLC. I would like some from of notification on this matter. The order numbers on the subscription forms are 366724 and 363367.

LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! My wife ordered $140.00 worth of magazine subscriptions back in February of 2009. After the 120 day mark I called the number on the website and was never called back. I left over 30 messages inquiring to the whereabouts of the magazines over a 1 year period. The so called address is nothing but a P.O. Box in a UPS store. The number gets redirected to a Southern California number. Well on January 30, of 2010, I got a call from some girl, A YEAR LATER!! I told the girl that I wanted my money back and that I NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. When I asked the girl for her office address, and a phone number where I could reach a LIVE PERSON, she told me that a check for the cash portion of $42.00 was mailed out to me but that I would receive the magazines for the credit card portions. After I told her not to mail out the magazines and that I wanted my money back she hung up on me. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK!!! What can I do and what legal actions can I take against this fraudulent company????
