I ordered the free sample, was supposed to be 14 day supply for $3.97, I got a 5 day supply, 1 day later after I received the 5 day supply, my account was charged 79.95 for my next order, that was on Mar. 16, 2008, today is April 7, I have not received any product from them. They told me the only way to be reimbursed is if I return the product, how do you return something you never receive.
