After my order originally said 6-12 weeks, they then added an additional 6-12 weeks, did not inform me in anyway my order had been placed on backorder again. Finally after 4 months i received my boots. Great right- wrong.
The package looked like it had been through hell, at least shipped once and returned. The boots had a caress in the top part of the arch which is definitely a manufacture defect in other words at least 75% off type defect. I e-mailed them immediately and all I ask was for them to not treat future customers like they have me, I don't expect to hear back from them, and if they treat other customers like me I don't think anyone will be hearing from them.
I NOW HAVE A $200 PAIR OF BOOTS TO REMIND ME TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LUCCHESE BOOTS, MAYBE THEY CATER TO THEIR HIGHER END BETTER THAN MY LEVEL. EITHER WAY ALL I WANTED WAS FOR THEM TO COMMUNICATE TO ME, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN DO THAT.
