Instead, Jason Lawn filed a sole proprietorship document and told me that it was a dual partnership, which I questioned.we will also be filing a complaint under investment fraud because my father has a signed document to that effect. My dad has a copy of a wire transfer of $75, 000.00. to Jason and Jenna Lawn, which was never repaid.
