charged for another shipment
I have tried for 5 days to call company with no response to calls. I ordered the free trial which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, I recieved it 12 days later. Unfortunately my time allowed to call for cancellation happened to fall during the Thanksgiving holiday and I was not able to reach anyone. I finally got Larry on the phone today and asked that they cancel my subscription. He said I would have to email the billing department for a refund and they will email me my confirmation # would not give me one verbally. I want my $88.97 back in my account asap.

false charges
This is such a ripoff. I would like a full refund immediately. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau to inform them of you scam. N. Lesley

Unathorized charge on my account
I only paid for the trial offer of the tooth whitening product and i didn't see ANYWHERE that said that they would rebill my account every 30 days for 88.97 I would like a refund and the e-mail address they have given me to get a refund doesn't work.

cancel/return item
Cancelled account 12/01/2008. want to return item with a merchandise label. cannot contact thru e mail as told. This company is way out of
wack. Do not want item due to loss of job.

Fraud
I emailed cancellation immediately and they still charged my credit card. This is FRAUD. What can we do about this? Help!

not cancelling order
My daughter filled out a form to recieve a free trial which I IMMEDIATELY cancelled. I still recieved the shipment and my credit card was charged!!!

Unable to cancel auto shipment
They gave me a website to cancel shipments and the website could not be found. No one would answer the phone # given to cancel.

fraud
I did not agree to automatic refills nor charges to my credit card and have not used either the sample nor the refill sent. I just discovered a note in the second envelope and have tried to cancel on-line to no avail. There is not a website to be found. This is clearly a fraudulent operation and I have been suckered.

Charged my credit card for product that I believed was not ordered
I want to return the product that was sent to me and charged to my credit card. I do Not want this, nor did I realize it was going to be sent to me.
