I applied for a sample kit of kit of a Crest tooth whitener on-line and agreed to pay $4.99 for S&H. The product was received and I was charged the amount agreed to. What I did not agree to was additional britener which was charged to me on my credit card at the same time as the $4.99 in the amount of $88.97 and not even delivered. This is outright fraud and I called the 866 number on my credit card statement and was told to go this website to cancel my membership. Nowehere do I see that option to cancel. Strange, since I never even joined. Back to the credit card company.
