I ordered the free trial and you only have to pay the $4.99 for shipping and handleing and $1.00 for insurance if you need it, and I recieved my trial and they went and charged me $88.97 for a fee for something I didn't recieve. I am seeking a refund or I will be sueing your company for fraud. You can't someone's money without prior authorization. And the website you have on the reciept, you can't get to it to try and talk to someone in your support dept.
