I prabhat Srivastava purchase luminous battery and inverter om date 31/05/2009. both product are under warranty period. SR.NO. IS 397891. but my battery is not proper working last fifteen days my complain is under process in luminious kanpur (up) office. my complain no. is 3898 (kanpur) office and UL83355, UL84251 (DELHI) office but not good responce. office incharge Mr. Sunil didnt pic the phone and telle coller replyed aap kahi per bhi jakar complain kar do chahe consumer forum main chale jao mera kuch nahi ho sakta. last fifteen she replyed kal batery uth jayegee but no responce. Office incharge no. is 9336255527.
