On 08/18/2010, at 7am, I paid the teller $20 cash for gas. As I was pumping, I noticed the sign shows 2 column, one for with car wash and other without car wash.
I saw $3.09/gal for w/o carwash for 87 octane I was suppose to be pumping for. I looked at my pump and it says $3.139/gal and looked up again, I saw this price but it was for supreme with car wash. I looked at it back and forth then I realized I was being charged the wrong price. I went to the teller told him and he says the manger is fixing it and for me to stop pumping. Went back to my car but the pump already finished. Manger says to late I cannot be credited for the gas already pumped because I should have caught the error prior to my pumping. I wanted credit in cash, mdse or gas he flat out said no.
Not fair for us consumer to pay more than we need to when it is the stations fault for not fixing the problem.
