I am so disgusted at the Bad attitude of this lodge I don't even know where to begin. Firstly they didn't have a room for the Groom to be the Friday night before the wedding, he had to stay with his Brother in a double bed, then had to swop to a room with two single beds! The room service cleaned our rooms and gave us white towels with yellow stains all over them and didn't even vacume the rooms properly. On Saturday at the wedding reception The Bar man had no clue what he was doing, obviously didn't go for training whatsoever and the waitresses couldn't understand us at all. With no Manager running the place we could't complain much, there is supposed to be organisation when you are paying for 5 star service!

The Sunday at checkout I recieved a bill for the room with 5 drinks on it, I then queried it and nobody could explain to me where on earth these drinks came from. I landed up paying the bill because all I got was a blank look! Thank You Lythwood lodge for your terrible service.
