on March 6, 2009, my family decided to rent a limo to go to dinner and show in NYC. The limo arrived early, and the driver was very nice. When we were about to leave for the city, we asked for the driver to play a DVD we had brought along. He couldn't get the DVD player to work. OK . We were running a little late and had to meet our reservation scheduled, so we left for the city. It started raining, and the rain was coming inside the vehicle through the sun-roof. The driver pulled over and placed the sun-roof in place to stop the leak. It leaked again. The heat would not work, it was blowing cold on us. The driver was upset and embarrassed, apologizing for the inconvenience. We know it wasn't the drivers fault, but we were very unhappy with the way nothing worked. We paid for good service and got nothing. We do not recommend this company to anyone who may be thinking of renting a limo !!! Hopefully, we'll have better luck next time. Very Disappointed
