I had brought the Kutchina Chimney last year.As per the understanding they were supposed to give three free services with in a year.They never turned back for the free service even after reminding lot of time.One day I caught hold of the sells man in side the colony & asked him to do the service.He came in & could not do the justice due to his skill set.At last he told that there is a problem in auto clean.When I called them last month for the service, they asked for money.At last I agreed for paid services & the technician came for the service, but found that the auto clean is not working.Now I am following for the auto clean to work but there is no response from the dealer side.
