I ordered uniforms from this company Dec 07, I returned them Jan 08, I even have the tracking receipt. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. The company does not make an effort to answer any e-mails, and they suggest opening a support ticket, which I did, neither action helped. They owe me $107.48. I have sent several e-mail with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I suppose they just pocket the money and say goodbye. I'm not the only person in my unit that has had problems with this company. They owe several people money!
