Like many others, I ordered several items from MAACS. I ordered the following items: ABU Rainsuit ($78.00), 2 APECS ABU Jackets ($299.99 each for a total of $599.98) and several small value items on 11 Mar 08. My credit card was charged the following day for amount of $764.68. My inital shipment only included the small items; I did not receive the three items listed above. After several weeks of trying to contact MAACS via phone/e-mail, I finally was able to contact Helen via e-mail and was told these items were on back order. After four months of getting the run around, I contacted my bank to the dispute the credit card charges, but was told the deadline had passed for disputing these charges. I spoke with Helen again via e-mail and was told to complete an electronic ticket through their "new system" regarding a refund because Allison was the only person that could authorize refunds. Allison never responded to the initial ticket. A month later the ticket disappeared. I was told by Helen to sumbit another ticket. Two months later and I have not received a response from Allison regarding the second ticket. The second ticket is no longer available. As of 19 Sep, no merchandise/no refund.
