Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee.

He said they do not do warrantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. If you do business with McKenzie’s Performance Products, they will not stand by the products they sell. Its buyer bewares.
