I purchased this software program after a two week trial. First problem, help menus are poor quality and, therefore, not always helpful. Second problem, Emrick does not give out contact info. Only contact is through anonymous email link. Third problem: After purchase, the new registration number did not work. It took numerous back & forth emails to clear up the "bugs" with the new version (a phone call would have reduced time issue substantially). Last problem: New version began to fail and close almost immediately upon opening. When confronted, via email, I received more run-around from Emrick. After 3 requests for a refund, I gave up. I suggest the readers of this strongly consider working with a more reputable and reliable firm. Emrick Enterprises is obviously a small, one man operation, with a two-bit way of treating paying customers...
