I entered into a contract with Mad Designs on August 24, 2010 to replace my front steel door and new windows for my bedrooms. It is now five months later, they still have not given me a proper fitting door. The door they gave me has a 1/4 inch gap where it is not the right size. My windows were ordered wrong, I now have plastic and fleece blankets on my "new windows" and the cold is still coming in through the casings, I have been trying to get this resolved through emails and voice mails and I haven't even had a courtesy call back to tell me what or when they will be doing to rectify the situation.
There is always some kind of excuse. Well you know what excuses only go so far.
