I tried for about a week just to get basic information from this place about buying a dining table. The employee was very unresponsive and I had to keep recontacting her to try to get assistance. The few responses I did get were very generic and unhelpful. It didn't appear she was interested in our business, so we went elsewhere.

After posting an online review, I recontacted this business and the employee I'd been working with became argumentative and insulting, causing this review to be downgraded a star. Customer service is clearly not a priority to this business.
