Ordered the quarterly magazine Utah style and Design on Aug 22, 2010. As it is a quaterly magazine I waited until Dec 8, 2010 to contact Magazine Deals Now, was told the clearing house they work with had an "internal error" and would re-submit my order to the publisher.
Today, Jan 21, 2011 I called the publisher direct and was told they have no information under my name or address for an order.
I called Magazine deals Now via their toll free number and left a message that I want a refund on my Mastercard and am cancelling the order. I followed it up with an email .
Now we will see if they will comply or if I have to go to Mastercard and request a credit for non received goods.
