I ordered 5 magazines for $27.00 online on10/13/2009 and was debited $83.91 in unaurthorized charges on 10/13/2009. I called and canceled the subscription on 10/13/2009. I was told my acct. would be credited with the refund in 2-3 weeks. I still have not received a credit or refund of my money. The bank will not refund my money unless I cancel my debit card, and apply for a new one. My bank charges a fee for this, and all I want is the refund back that I was guaranteed.
