July 27 I ordered the magazine, Archeology, to be delivered to my daughter, Arista Kiffney in Fairfax, Va. On Aug 03 the company cashed my check #8646 for $14.95. No magazine ever arrived. In Oct I emailed and requested an explanation, received nothing. I then submitted a change of address from Fairfax, VA to Vienna, VA. Received nothing in return. They did not even have the courtesy of responding. Again I emailed their failure to deliver and again I received nothing. Now in Dec I again made an attempt to settle this matter telling them I would contact BBB if I received no response. Again, I received nothing from them. I don't believe they are a real company for no company would be so cavalir about not responding.
