I ordered from MagazinesUSA.com in February of 2014. To this date I still have not received the magazine. I have written numerous emails and have been told they made a mistake, but the magazine will be forth coming. I think 11 month to wait for a magazine is totally unacceptable. When you place a call to the company which is located in New Jersey they never answer your call. The only way you can complain is by sending them an email. If you want to order a magazine you can do that on a recorded voice message by phone, but there is NEVER an actual person answering the phone. They don't even rate a one star, because they will not fill your order, but they sure will take your money. THIS COMPANY SCAMS THE PUBLIC. BUYER BEWARE.
