I submitted an order for a magazine & never received any type of confirmation. On this particular website it states their cancellation policy is within 72 hours of placing the order. I placed the order on 1/25 & the amount of the order was immediately held on my bank account. After receiving no tpye of confirmation of order, I submitted a cancellation to the company the same day. It is going on 72 hrs as of tonight & still no type of contact from this company. I have sent several emails begging for them to cancel my order & release the hold on the $24.97 & still nothing. My money just hangs in limbo with no type of response from this company. I should have known better than to order anything from a website that has no phone number listed.
