I ordered the magic jack from it's web site and I only ordered one and instead of sending me the one I ordered they said they sent me a replacement jack and i didn't even ask them to.T hey charged me 46.99 for one and they were only 19.99 and now that the magicjack doesn't work they have refused to send me my money back as they claimed they would in a garntee that they will not abide by.I tried to let them know I was going to report them to the better business burale but they disconnected me from the live chat line for help in solveing my problem with my magicjack.This is a scam and know one should order the magicjack because they donot honor their agreement like they claim they will nor will they send your money back like they claim they will.And to top if all off you don't get your oridganal order you get billed for yor order and a replacement you don't even order.
