I had a replacement geyser mounted outside, for which I was charged extra. I was left with a serious water hammer when water was drawn else where in the house. This was was due to the new piping not being supported adequately and brought to the attention of the manager, who then failed to keep several appointments made to rectify the fault. ... BE WARNED!
