On April 2, 2007 I put a $300 deposit down for a pair of retractable french door screens with the Wizard dealer in Tucson & Phoenix, AZ -- Magic Screens. Delivery was to be 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later. Despite DOZENS of emails, phonecalls, contact with the manufacturer, and lies, as of July 3 I still have no screens. Owners, Mr. and Mrs. S. Foschia refuse to return my calls or refund my $300.00 deposit. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau's two letters.

Avoid this outfit *like the plague*! Unprofessional, unethical, and likely criminal.
