The day after I ordered they drew my money out of my bank. Then when I asked they said it was just on hold which was a flat out lie because the bank said they had already took it out.
Then I found out the jacks would not work because I have dial up. So the day I received them I turned around and sent them back with mail confirmation. The day they were confirmed I called to see when my money would be returned and they said from 3 to 5 business days. My question is WHY ? They didn't wait to take my money for 3 to 5 business days. I will never do business with this company again even if I could use there jacks.
