I will never buy another appliance from Sears. I will also tell everyone that I come in contact with (I'm in sales and see alot of people) my story about sears poor customer service. I wrote you several days ago but your horrible way of during business that same night someONE called and said that tech will call w/i 1/2 hour and some will be out on 11/12 well i'm still waiting. then last night i was told someone will be out today between 10am-12pm again you think this a joke.
