To whom it may concern
I purchased a Magnum Almond ice cream from my local supermarket today, 2 April 2011. When I opened it, it had crystilized ice on the chocolate cover and the ice cream inside was cristilized already, losings its creamy velvety texture.
Due to the price of this product, when I purchase one, I am expecting nothing but the best and was very disappointed to experience a product that was below the regular standards.
I am not familiar with the procedure of complaints and therefore I have placed the remainder of the ice cream into the freezer as it may be required for proof of my complaint. I expect that if i pay R15 for a single ice cream, that i would be getting quality.
I would like a speedy response concerning the procedure of complaints and I shall also make a telephonic complaint as well.
