In 2008 I signed up for magazines on the internet for home delivery.They never arrived.The cost was $75.00.When I went to call them I realized I shredded the credit card bill with the info and chalked it up to my own stupidity.On Sept 4th of 2009 magprosusa again billed my credit card for $75.00.I called them and was assured they would remove the charge for $75.00, and if only I had called by last May they could have removed that $75.00 charge also.I was told there was a computer glitch and that is why my magazines did not arrive.After four more phone calls to them my patience is over, they told me my case was sent to upper management...twice!When I call now I will get alot of different messages and finally told leave a message and our represenitive will call.I left them a message that complaints were being filed!
