I placed an order for NASCAR Illustrated On December 2, 2006. When the magazine did not begin arriving after 12 weeks I tried to contact the company. There is no phone number listed, but I did e-mail the complaint. After several e-mails with only an automatic response I contacted the Attorney General of New York and the Better Business Bureau. I e-mail this company telling them that I had contacted the AG, and finally received a reply that stated that if I would send my order number they would send a refund. I complied but to date have not heard from them. I faxed a copy of the complaint to Ms Schulman who is listed as the president of the company and I have not heard from her either.
