Well in august i went to india by mahan air line. on the way back one of my suitcase zip was broken, and some of my expensive goods were stolen. at the airport i made the complaint ,they filled the form and gave me one of the copy and advised to send it to Mahan Airline office in Birmingham whichone is in Hagley road. they also advised me to sent the list of missing items. so next day i send all the paper work to the mahan air line. each time i ring the same answer i am getting is they are are still soting it out now it is october month. it is ridiculus. it cost me money to ring them every other day.
