Hello, I've bought a citizen watch from www.amazon.com, they already delivered the item to my viaddress unit on 7th July 2010 time 10:00 am and I still don't know anything because to viaddress.com they don't ship the good and worst thing of all they don't answer to my emails(three ). Is this a way to offer a service?
