I had ordered two birthday letters with crafts to be shipped out to my nephews as two different addresses. Paid through paypall, recieved confirmation back FROM mailjust4me about my purchase...the letteres NEVER shipped! Karen Tinley is the owner, she will not respond via e-mail, the only phone listed for her goes to a fax line. Sent her a fax requesting she contact me, tired a couple of phone numbers that I found listed under her name, a women will answer but states there is no "Karen" there. I have put in complaints to paypal now regarding this issue. To top it off, come to find out that the LETTER that I had ordered back in DECEMBER for another friend's birthday NEVER SHIPPED as well! This is a complete rip-off and completely unprofessional that this company does not have a legitimate way to contac them, NOR are you able to get anyone to respond to you! DO NOT purchase anything from this website!
