I purchased MajicJack phone service for a 5-year plan. Product does not work as advertised. Try as as I may, I cannot contact anybody at the company. Their "Customer Care/Live Person" service online is in a loop that simply keeps you trying, but never delivers. They do not have an address listed where one might write them a letter. My 30 days are almost up and I do not cannot use their device as they advertise.
