I Booked my tickets to India (CVG to Del) from Makemytrip, and owing to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancell my trip, accordingly I cancelled my tickets and I was told that the refund amount (after deducting the cancellation penalty of $300) will be posted to my account within 10 days...

It is now 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my money, every time I call them, I am told that refund is in process/processed, and I shall be getting the refund ...but with no avail.

I am really frustrated with make my trip as I dont understand, what holds them back to refund the amount, I am still on phone while waiting for them to answer my phone ...but the wait time seems endless for them to check and let me know the status ...
