Non Availability of doctor at Mallya Hospital
My mother ( age 55 ) and my wife have faced problem of non availability of doctor at Mallya Hospital.
12 Oct 2007,Dr. A K Jalani asked to take a X Ray, when he is suggesting X Ray and patient has agreed for that ,
he should inform that he will not be available for that, by the time patient comes back doctor is not there.
Patient does not eat after 6.00 and on that day suffered with that. For 1 hour patient did not get auto because it was late.
15, Oct, 2007 , received appointment with A K Jalani but did not turned up for consultancy till 6.00 PM.
On checking with the staff they talks very rudely. Are doctor is checking without any fee ?
16, Oct 2007, Doctor gives an appointment for 4:30 and comes at 5.00 for checking.
Hospital management is asking for fee again, and saying , you are coming third time to see doctor you have to pay the fee otherwise we will not pass the file to doctor. And the doctor checks with the file, so doctor checks without any details about the patient.....
Why this kind of behaviour ?
As commuting is itself a problem in bangalore, and if somebody is not well its worst, but the doctors are only interested in the fee.
The same has been posted on http://www.complaintsboard.com also.
