This online company tried to cheat me by not giving a full refund when after three weeks they had not shipped my items. They called it a restocking fee. My Visa agreed with me and refunded the difference that they refused to refund. They were rude and horrible to deal with. I then checked them on BBB and they have an F rating. Be smarter than me and check with BBB BEFORE ordering from a new company.
