I have trusted Expedia to help me with my travels. I live in Florida, Booked a Hotel in New York.When I arrived after an exsusting trip, I went to check in. They were unable to let me check in Early, But did let me store my bags in the back Free of charge. My mother and I went to the city for the day and at 4:15 or so we come back to the hotel and asked to get my bags. I was told to go back in the room and get them and I did, I could not find my bags so I went and patiently waited, When all of sudden I was screamed at to go get my bags. I then was handed my key, When I got to my room IT WAS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURES, These rooms were Hell. They looked nothing like the rooms I looked at online. I called Expedia(Thinking they would help me) But all I was told that I would be charged for two nights, By the way I paid almost 900.00 for three days. If I canceled my reservations. I am very Dissapointed with the service for one of Expedia, For putting me in such an awful hotel and two for the Hotel misleading consumers into believing they have such beautiful rooms. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I wish I could email pictures to expedia. The front desk told me these were the same rooms just painted diffrently..Very Dissapointed.
