Manhattan Cabinetry specializes in "transitional modern."
I'm in the process of moving into my first "real adult" apartment. I wandered into Manhattan Cabinetry today looking like the confused former-grad-student that I am, and rather than giving me a snotty look, they gave me tones of advice on how to figure out what kind of style I like, and even gave me a design magazine to start me on my search! The man is a gem. For people who actually know things about interior design (i.e., not me), Manhattan Cabinetry specializes in "transitional modern."

The manager at Manhattan Cabinetry is extremely knowledgeabl
The manager at Manhattan Cabinetry is extremely knowledgeable about furniture. When I asked him about coffee tables, he was able to show me a number of options based on my preferences. The kidney-shaped glass table is really everywhere! I appreciate the personal attention and the non-pushy sales attitude.

I love redecorating my apartment
I love redecorating my apartment. I just like BUYING things for my apartment in general, than a month later I get around to actually decorating. However, I found this amazing place through a friend. I fell in love with their selections and bought a little more than I would have liked, but I can now say my apartment is extremely close to being complete. I wasn't pressured to buy everything I touched which was a big plus for me :) Love this place a recommend it to everyone!
