It took over an hour to un pack all the heavy pieces. There were no images or instructions that came with the mannequin so I had to end up calling. The arms were not the same as the picture. Called and emailed and didn’t get an answer until when I said I wanted to return I am now past the 7 day return. FYI Alibaba.com sells it for held the price. Not sure what shipping wouldn’t be but I am sure not $500 more. Do your research before making a quick decision as I did. There are many cheaper products on the market that serve the same purpose!
