I bought a mansfield duel drill for a christmas present. I received the drill on october 27th 2009. I then wrapped the present, in good faith, thinking that all parts would be inside the box.The battery was missing when my boyfreind opened his present. As you can understand the drill is useless. I bought the drill out of a readers digest magazine and paid for it in full. Im getting very frustrated, as all i want is the battery for this drill. Could you please assist me.
