I paid MARC SERIO, d.b.a. DR BASS, LLC $1300.00 for 2 custom bass guitar cabinets on 9/29/09, have received NOTHING but excuses from MARC SERIO as to why NOTHING has ever been delivered. I requested a refund 3/1/10, was told by MARC SERIO "no refunds".

MARC SERIO is a liar, a cheat, and a fraud, and continues to defraud hardworking musicians with his scam of collecting upfront monies for non-existant merchandise.
