I've signed a stipulation under duress from pressure and harassment because of threats against me on my credit how they would ruin me and not buy a house later in life. My credit will be tarnished for over 20 years and will follow me where ever I went. These threats made against me have gone on long enough. From the original bills that I later found the only reason for there harassment has been for the statue of limitations was comming up. They had to lie to me for a payment so the cycle could start again. The pressure and threats are too much. I haven't had a job for a year and they still want money that I can't pay and have no reason to. I've paied the amount more times over to the original credit card company than there asking for. Yet lied to into signing a stipulation to keep me on there books.
