ON Nov. 12, 2008 Mark Sumpter conducted a webinar featuring Prop Stream Software and subscription...I was impressed with the software and ordered it by phone...the next day I received an email saying it would arrive on the 17th of November...on the 24th of November after not being able to reach anyone at either office by phone, I called the UPS office directly...they said a mailing label had been issued but the order had never been shipped...I put a dispute on the charge with my credit card company...Still have been unable to contact either office...I will not order another thing from the so called guru's. What a shame. And, to make it worse Mark Sumpter is supposed to be a former policeman. A person who upheld the law and protected the public.
