My husband purchased a pair of cross earrings a year ago from the above establishment, I could'nt wear them because the backs were too loose... so we returned them about 2 months ago, and they gave us another new pair with tighter backs... I was thrilled that I could finally wear them, after about 2 weeks both of my earlobes started hurting, and were very tender.. when I took off the earrings the backs were turned almost black.. so I tried cleaning them and discovered that the backs and the posts were tarnished almost like a rust color..needless to say they are not real. I am very disappointed.. and I will never shop there again. Melissa Broz
