I have recently (apparently) purchased o Vehicle from Maroone Chevrolet (pembroke pines) i say apparently because they have been paid the sum of $8200 but have not to date shown they have the car, issued a receipt for the money sent by wireless transfer or contacted me to apologize for the delay.

The car was paid for and monies were received by Bank of America on 21st November (who are also refusing to provide a written receipt only a verbal one) on behalf of Maroone of pembroke pines. Since then Maroone rep Cliff has stated they are unable to find the Title so are unable to ship the vehicle. It is now the 12th December and they are now not answering phone calls ( i am based on the Turks & Caicos islands and am British so wonder when this is classed as theft or fraud). Any advise from consumers reading this would be welcome as i am about to contact the federal authorities in Miami.
