I purchased a Ford F150 with a conversion kit called Monogram, the day I drove the vehicle home I noticed vibration on the steering wheel and also noticed pivoting on the chrome rims. I called the salesman Luis Damas and took the vehicle to service for high speed balance. After numerous attempts to balance the rims, it never balanced correctly. I spoke with Luis Damas in numerous conversations trying to get the rims replaced but I was ignored and brushed off. Eighteen months later the vehicle still shakes and the rims are completely rusted. I have 36 months bumper to bumper warranty on this vehicle which they do not want to honor because I purchased the vehicle with a conversion kit called Monogram that apparently whent out of business. When Maroone sells a vehicle with a conversion kit and the customer pays top dollor for that vehicle, they are misleading the public when they tell them they bumper to bumper warranty for 36, 000 miles or 36 months which ever comes first. They should step up to the plate and replace the rims or issue credit for the replacement value.
