Several months ago we booked a reservation at marriott resort in the virgin Islands. At the time we did not receive a confirmation even though we should have. marriott messed-up!

We just received a reminder of our reservation for our family (8) vacation for nest month and the reservation is messed-up and marriote will not do anything about it. It is just tough according to them.

What poor service.
